Pet Policy

PET DEPOSIT (Non-Refundable):

$250 for pets under 25 lbs*

$300 for pets 26 to 49 lbs*

$400 for pets 50 to 70 lbs*

$500 for pets 70 to 100 lbs*

2nd pet deposit $100

*All weights at full growth

PET RENT: $25.00 per month per pet

RESTRICTIONS:

Dogs can be no larger than 100 pounds at full growth.

Maximum 2 pets per apartment.

Breed restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Huskies, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard and Akita.

Pets larger than 50 lbs allowed in ground floor apartments only.

Pet Rules and Addendum to be provided at lease signing and are strictly adhered to throughout the term of the lease.
